Used together, I can see this package as a potential alternative to Lightroom and Photoshop. however, the Digital Noise Reduction tool in Paintshop Pro is decent. I'm not impressed with the noise reduction in Aftershot 3 or Aftershot Pro 3. Anyone looking for something even close to Lightroom capabilities will want to upgrade to Aftershot Pro 3, which you can do currently for another $14.99 (see how these things work? ).
